Yellow-Belt Path · Ages 4–7
Where
4-year-olds
learn
to
listen
.
The Little Ninjas program for ages 4–7. Our honest goal: your kid doesn't run around the mats, actually listens, and has fun learning respect, focus, and their first real kicks.
Big things start small. — Master Bryn
Off the iPad, onto the mats — built for an age-appropriate attention span.
Kids learn to sit still, listen on the first cue, and move their bodies the right way. Fun, focused, and forgiving — no pushing past what a 4-year-old can actually handle.
A typical class
30 minutes. Three phases.
Phase 1 · 10 min
Warm-up
Stretching, running, and a game that ties into the day's skill. Gets the wiggles out.
Phase 2 · 15 min
Skills
Technique of the day — a kick, a stance, a block. Repeated until they own it.
Phase 3 · 5 min
Games + bow out
Mat game that drills the skill, then formal bow-out. Class ends strong.
What they'll learn
What your 4-year-old will actually take home.
Listening, for real
Following a 3-part instruction without repeating it twice. The single biggest win for most parents.
Respect & class etiquette
Bowing in, bowing out, addressing instructors, taking turns. Transfers directly to school and home.
Focus that builds
5 minutes of real focus at age 4 is a skill that compounds. We build it with drills designed for their attention span.
Basic kicks, stances, blocks
Front kick, horse stance, high block. Real Taekwondo techniques taught at an age-appropriate pace.
Coordination & gross motor
Cross-lateral movement, balance, timing. The foundation every future sport is built on.
That it's fun, first
Nothing builds lasting skill like wanting to come back. We structure classes to end on a high note.
Pricing
$100 per month. 2 classes per week.
By design. Anything more burns 4-year-olds out and removes the at-home practice loop that actually builds skill. Our cadence lets your kid own their progress.
