Advanced forms
Multi-stance forms with 20-30 techniques memorized. Cognitive load + physical execution combined.
Controlled sparring
Full protective gear, controlled contact, rotating partners. Builds composure under pressure.
Weapons exposure
Traditional Taekwondo weapons — precision, discipline, historical context.
